Finding innovative ways to reach and communicate with consumers is what we enjoy most. Vodafone wanting to promote awareness for new their online bill payment service was looking for a mechanism to promote the service at the major points of bill payment, their national retail network. Why wait in line when you can pay your bill from the comfort of your own home? We developed a mechanism were by consumers at twenty flagship Vodafone stores could opt-in to receive content, creating awareness for the on-line bill payment service, meanwhile participating in a prize draw to win Samsung phones every week. The idea was that Vodafone customers waiting in line to be served, have a variety of mobile content available to them within their stay at the retail location, informing them of services and current promotions.
